What do you love to do at the weekend?

Spend time with my husband and two children, it doesn’t matter what we get up to as long as we’re together. Love going out for brunch and having friends and family over.

What’s your foodie fave?

I LOVE modern Asian and French fusion food, Tetsuyas and Mr Kwong are my faves as well as RAW at Bondi. Can’t go past Les Bistronomes in Braddon for French.

If there were no rules what would you create?

I would carbon copy myself, it would be fantastic, my replica could work in the middle of the night while I sleep!

What trend do you love right now?

I love the ‘being mindful’ trend, I have never seen more people care about what they’re eating and where their food has come from. I love seeing people be more active and finding ways to channel their creativity. I grew up on a farm in the Snowy Mountains, we grew our own vegies, lambs, chickens, rain water and even chamomile tea! Having an appreciation for where everything comes from and growing it for my own family is extremely fulfilling for the soul.

What’s your favourite music to dance to?

We dance to anything in our house! I love dance & house music, 90’s hip hop and RnB and 80’s music.

When I grow up I want to be……..

Happy, healthy and surrounded by people I love, my friends and family.

What’s your favourite way to relax?

A great massage with aromatherapy oils… I also love to meditate, excellent way for me to switch off when my brain is buzzing.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?

An advanced driver training course, my husband thought it would be a good idea before he lent me his car when I met him! I was screeching around a race track drifting in an M3. If you don’t know what drifting is, you tube it!

What makes you laugh?

I love funny people with a dry, witty sense of humour. I have one friend in particular who is insanely hilarious. I love the series Ab Fab…

Why do you love to dance?

Dancing is an awesome form of expression, there is nothing else like it. When I dance, I am in my element, it’s exuberating, exhilarating and rewarding. It’s a great place to escape to and it’s so much fun.

Where’s your favourite place in the world?

My favourite place in the world is being in a state of inspiration and feeling limitless!

What makes you lose track of time?

Card games, my kids love playing different card games and we’re all quite competitive so we end up playing tournaments!

What’s your morning must have?

A long black coffee and green bang! A green bang is a smoothie based on green fruit and veggies. Caffeine, natural dose of vitamins, minerals and fibre! Check out our blog for the recipe.

What’s your favourite way to treat yourself?

A really nice massage or time to enjoy a magazine, my favourites include the Collective, Belle and Vogue.

What reminds you of home?

Going to the snow, it was such a big part of our lives growing up and it always will be. I’m one of six kids and when we go skiing together with all our children it is home on snow.

What’s the best thing about dance?

I love the beauty, creativity and diversity of dance. Dance is an art form, forever changing and evolving and I love being a part of that. One of my favourite creative dance company’s is the Bangarra Dance Company.

What’s your favourite way to end your day?

Having a good catch up with my husband over a glass of wine or tea, we are always so busy so there is always so much to catch up on!
