Dance Experience
Catherine trained in Sydney attending The Ballet Studio and Tanya Pearson’s Classical Coaching Academy before moving to Budapest, Hungary to pursue Ballet at the Hungarian National Dance Academy. Graduating in 2014 with a BA, she worked with the Miskolc Ballet performing in Ballets, Contemporary works and Operas before returning to Sydney in 2016 to study a degree in Medical Sciences.
Recently Catherine has performed for Opera Australia in AIDA, LAKME (Royal Opera House Muscat), ANNA BOLENA, and IL VIAGGIO A REIMS. She was also nominated and shortlisted for an Australian Dance Award in 2018 for her performance in dance film “Unstilled” as well as a dance double in the feature film “Dance Academy”. In 2020 Catherine continues to be involved in dance projects, film and teaching, and is studying a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery at the Australian National University.
