If you have contracted COVID-19, please let us know. We are concerned about your health and would want to know if you are unwell. We will also need to let our community know if they have been potentially exposed.
Dear DC Families,
We’re officially in Hibernation Mode!
Starting 6am Friday 20 March, Dance Central will be temporarily suspending classes for the rest of the term.
All enrolled families will receive a three-week credit for the remaining classes in the term that can be applied to any future invoices for when Dance Central reopens.
We cannot predict the government recommendations and policies that will be put in place in time for Term 2. As such, we cannot confirm the status of Term 2 at this time, but please be reassured that Dance Central will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. We will keep you updated about any further information.
Please know that we did not make this decision lightly. Based on recommendations from the World Health Organization, we strongly believe that this is the safest option for all of our students, families and staff. We are taking this proactive measure to help protect those vulnerable within our society.
This is not the end!
We’re sticking this out with you. We’re in this together. And we’re still going to be around on social media to keep your dance game strong, your spirits high, and your physical and mental health in shape.
More than ever, we need each other as a community and we’ll be posting ideas and activities and fun and serious and good, good things. You’ll be hearing from us — we’re not going anywhere, DC family!
As soon as it’s safe, we’ll be ready and raring to go.
Stay safe, strong, smart and ever resilient, DC Family!
