MAKE 2019 YOUR YEAR — Come sample some of our Dance and Studio Fitness Classes for free! Saturday 2 February from 9:30am to 11:30am. 

Get a taste of our unique fitness classes such as Bounce (trampoline), Barre Body, Heels, and Limbering. We’ll also be offering a taster of our Hip Hop and Contemporary dance classes!

All fitness classes are mild to moderate intensity and suited for ages 18yrs+. All dance classes are catered to beginners.

We will also be offering some small gifts on the day and special rates to those who decide to sign up to a 1 month or 3-month membership!
