Bounce is a dance cardio and trampolining class that is low-impact on joints but provides a high-intensity cardio workout that’ll leave you exhilarated!
Benefits: perfect for increasing your fitness and metabolic rate, which means you’ll keep burning calories at a higher rate even after you’re done jumping. Regular classes will strengthen your muscles, cardiovascular system, balance and flexibility. As the body moves against gravity, the lymphatic system is stimulated to pull lymph fluid carrying toxins through the vessels, boosting your immune health.
Classes are conducted on individual mini trampolines. Maximum weight for specialised mini trampolines is 150kg. Each class is limited to 15 people.
Wear supportive sneakers and bring a water bottle and sweat towel
Hip Hop-ercise is the ultimate cardio Hip Hop class that lets you sweat it out to all your favorite Hip Hop tunes. Never get bored in this super high-energy, cardio intense, sweat-busting class. You’ll be too busy dancing your butt off to realise you’re getting a killer workout — win! Basic Hip Hop moves are choreographed in short sections, so you’ll catch on quick.
This class is for everyone, so don’t sweat over not having enough dance experience — give this class a go, and we rather suspect you’ll soon be addicted!
Each class is 45 min long. Wear supportive sneakers and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
Combine Ballet Barre work with Yoga and Pilates conditioning to tone your whole body (think long and lean like a ballet dancer!), while developing balance, strength and flexibility.
This class is designed to be a fitness and toning workout to help you reach your goals so you can be in the body you want to be! This class is suitable for beginners through to experienced.

New to Dance: Bare feet
The gluteus region is the largest muscle group in our body and most of us sit on our gluteus maximus and medius all day, creating a loss of muscle tone.
This class specifically focuses on your gluteus region, strengthening it so as to improve posture and minimise injuries. This no-impact class works with resistance bands, weights and varying exercises to activate your gluteus and core muscles.
Squeeze us into your lunchtime every Wednesday and you’ll thank us in a few weeks when you start seeing the results!
