Announcing a totally unique postnatal reconditioning course suitable for women from 4 months postpartum to restore control to your pelvic floor and build your strength and stamina.
We’ll empower you with the tools and knowledge to go beyond the classroom, get your strength back, and get on with your life without limitations.
ALL WOMEN WELCOME. You don’t have to be a brand new mama to join these classes, or even a mama at all! Whatever stage of life you’re in, we know we all struggle with similar challenges as we get on.
BEST OF ALL, THIS PROGRAM IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. (It’s our public service for Mother’s Day! Yay!)
Enjoy 3 x 45 min classes a week for 3 weeks. You can also pick just 1 or 2 styles. Includes emailed worksheets and support!
Classes start from Tuesday 30 April. Every class begins at 9:30am. We love your babies young and old, but these classes are just for you and only you.
